Refund & Cancellation PolicyPro subscriptions & credits

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method via Paddle. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• Cancel anytime. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• No partial refunds. We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period that has already started.
• Billing errors & faults.If you were charged in error or the Service was unusable due to a fault on our side, contact us — we'll make it right.

• Used credits are non-refundable. A credit is consumed once an analysis completes successfully, and the digital result is delivered immediately.
• Unused packs: if you have not used any credit from a pack, you can request a full refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase.
• If a pack is partially used, the used credits are non-refundable; the remaining balance is not separately refundable.

1. Email us at the address below from the account you purchased with.
2. Include your order/receipt reference from Paddle (check your email receipt).
3. Tell us briefly what you'd like refunded and why.

We respond within 7 business days and process approved refunds promptly via Paddle.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country. For example, EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases — note that for instantly delivered digital content (such as a completed analysis), this right may end once delivery has begun with your consent.
